I was pleased with my first purchase from them, but didn't like the second ring I bought. It took me 3 weeks to get the ring, then took a MONTH to get an email response from them about returning it (no matter what time of day you call, you will NEVER get anyone on the phone). Then, because it was past the 30 day return period, they didn't want to let me return it! After MANY emails, they finally agreed to let me send it back. I sent it back, but 9 MONTHS later, I STILL don't have a refund. I put in a dispute with my credit card company, but they denied the dispute and re-charged my card. Now these people deny that they recharged my card even though I have proof from the bank that they did. BEWARE this company!
