Item shipped to wrong address. Spent four phone calls and one email attempting to speak to customer service. Never received a response. Item price was about $2000. It is now two weeks since purchase

My artist struggled getting press. Today we are on the biggest if not the BIGGEST media outlets that ever existed, to name a few: Lyrical Lemonade, XXL, All Hiphop, Clash, Flaunt, Earmilk, iHeart. We translated all press opportunities to bookings and brand endorsements, this company is a 10/10 no other words.
Tip for consumers:
They are not cheap. Save your money. Run a major campaign, small campaigns will not get you that far.

Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.
I ordered a pair of shoes & they don't fit & they are uncomfortable. I am trying to return them & the tel # doesn't even ring. What is going on. Pissed off customer!
