Very scammy! They had no problem processing my card, even though they hadn't accepted my reservation. Requested that I fax all sorts of documents to a number in the US if I wanted to continue the process. Which I obviously could not do on vacation. But wouldn't take the holds off my card. To top it off the customer service representative was nastiest piece of works I have had the displeasure of speaking with.

Do not order from Dog.com. I would give no stars if there was an option.
I ordered 1 item. They sent me incorrect information about the shipment. I called to find out and they assured me it was coming. It never came. I called again. They told me that they had "tried" to contact me that the item would not be coming - I have not received any contact from them. The representative was completely unhelpful, unapologetic and just plain sarcastic about it.
