I purchased two products and the day they arrived, I wanted to return one unused. Nowhere on there site do they have a way to do it and when you call their phone number *******065, the mailbox is full. They advertise refunds with 20 percent restocking fee which was fine with me. I would advise never to use this site.
Very bad experience.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything you might want to return. No way to do it.
Products used:
Used one saphir shoe cream polish. Wanted to return Saphir wax. No way to do it.
Order # for cream polish Q4DGIPLZA,which I kept. Order #for saphir lux wax, unused was # 7524.
