I submitted an order over a week ago and used ShopRunner on a whim at check out. What a joke. Regular free shipping from the vendor was 3-6 days - it has now been over a week and still no package. My UPS tracking has said for 4 days now that my package is "out for delivery" - yet every night ends up back at the distribution hub. I don't know what kind of scam ShopRunner is playing here, but it's infuriating. Not only will I never use this "service" again, but I will advise all my friends not to either.
Hi Lottie. I am sorry that you have not yet received your package. ShopRunner does not process your order nor do we ship your order; the retailer does. From what you've written, it appears the issue may be with the shipper. I'd suggest you reach out to the retailer to let them know about this issue. Since they shipped the product, they'd have to determine if there is an issue and partner with the shipper to have it rectified. They may need to initiate a tracer. Thank you.
