I ordered this Huusk Knife. Then I changed my mind. 1 hour later, having found the correct email to cancel, which they say you can cancel within 24 hrs.
Customer Service rate a 0000!
They declined! Also, they added My Address Wrong, so if they needed to correct my address, they could retrieve the parcel and cancel my order. They didn't even message me back. It was their error! Which they would not even correct.
Tip for consumers:
I really tried to cancel asap so that they would have enough time to catch the parcel before it left the warehouse.
ORDER FROM AMAZON. Amazon cost less and has EXCELLENT Customer Service!
