“Fake merchandise. Very tricky”

They are an agent and accept no responsibility for the fake goods their merchants are peddling. Yep, they got me but not again. Service agents are quick to respond albeit in the middle of the night. Responses were quick but they had no intentions of resolving the situation.

Tip for consumers:
Their merchants sell fake merchandise and the whole process came with a lot of hassle. Shipping was paid on 2 different occasions. AVOID!
