Ordered a set of walkie talkies for my 6 year old son for a Christmas present. Ordered the product on November 16th... plenty of time to receive for Christmas I THOUGHT, because shipment time was quoted as "5-8 days". BOY, was that a bold face LIE! After about 10 days I became concerned because I hadn't received a shipment email and emailed customer service. I tried to get a telephone number to reach them, but couldn't find anything on the website. They responded the next day with a generic email to "track my package". I went on customer service and saw that my package hadn't even been shipped yet! I emailed back again, but received the SAME generic message once more! I waited again until approximately December 10th and emailed once more. The companies response was to "be patient" and wait until Dec. 19th. I ONCE AGAIN "patiently" waited until December 22 to check the shipping details. My package was in THE NETHERLANDS! After 36 days my son's gift hadn't even made it into the US! I was extremely mad and felt totally duped by this company. Needless to say, today is DECEMBER 26th and obviously I STILL haven't received my package, and couldn't give my son these walkie talkies for a Christmas present. I just checked the shipping AGAIN and my package is now in NEW YORK. I live in Massachusetts so I guess I should be ecstatic that at least it's in my "Country of Origin". My son's birthday is in February, so I'm hoping that I will at least receive it by then to give it as a birthday gift. In my opinion, saving a few bucks is NOT WORTH IT with this company, unless you don't care if you don't receive your item for months! I will repost IF AND WHEN I finally receive my item and let everyone know the final time it took to get here, and what condition it is in. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS COMPANY!
