I ordered a couple of items with this company for the first time. I was satisfied with the first one. However, I admit that this was my fault, I accidentally ordered the Eagles Blue Ray when I should have ordered the DVD. They refused to do an exchange and even shipped it despite me telling them to cancel it. I want to return it and they did not get back to me to fix this. Furthermore, they are expecting me to pay the return shipping fee. It is not right! Shouldnt we as costumers have the right to cancel or exchange if not satisfied?
