Purchased 2 bottles of the KitchenPro All-Purpose Bubble Cleaner— IT IS BASICALLY WATER... it does not foam bubble or work. Do not buy this product or anything from Cassie Nadia as they are a complete scam! When I requested a refund they told me that I would have to ship it back to Malaysia at my cost (which was prohibitive) or they could offer me a 25% refund and I could keep the product. Since it doesn't work I threw it right in the garbage but it's been weeks of back-and-forth and I still have not received the refund just self serving emails saying how important my satisfaction is to them. Ya right?!?! STAY AWAY FROM CASSIA NADIA

I ordered some thing on September 12 and on September 14 it was packing and processing. I needed this for a birthday gift on September 28. I I have called and sent several emails to someone name Sandra and to date she has not bothered to call me return my emails etc. Obviously she took my money almost $200 but has not bothered to answer my emails or calls as to where the item is. Do not bother buying from this company as their customer service is horrendous
