I purchased a gun but it only worked for two weeks (used only 3 times) it started making noise so I call the store and took a month to get RMA # so they can proceed with my repair. Shipped my gun nice and neat with bubble wrap and I got it back with paper, bbs scattered inside the box the charger was missing and to top it off a BROKEN ejection port cover. Called right way and this moron tells me " JUST PUT A TAPE OVER IT"

I WAS disgusted with there service I ended up just driving to this warehouse. After a session of bithing and complaining they just made a repair and sent me a charger the next day. Once I charged my battery I found out that the battery was also broken. I had to drive another hour over there for the 2nd time and complaint Just so they can give me another battery. Used my gun maybe 4 times and the bbs started to jam, upset at this whole situation I demanded a refund the first thing they said " SORRY THE WARRANTIE IS EXPIRE" are you kidding me...
I have left numerous voice mail to there manager and not one call back.
This company is a joke I would highly recommend doing some research even look this vidoes on YouTube before purchasing anything there...
