I was a very happy PSSL as a repeat customer for years, but this time their costumer service was terrible. I purchased an online special deal on 4/3/17, PSSL charge my PayPal account then canceled my order on 4/4/17. PSSL claim that there was an issue with my PayPal account but on my end PayPal pay them immediately. PSSL Claim now that the item purchased is now out of stock. The agent will not provide me with a replacement item a the already paid price but try only to up-sale. This transaction is way below expectations. For reference my order #A*******.
