I had a lot of confidence that I was working with a good group while going through the planning phase with Sharon. She was excellent at communicating details and getting things all set up for my move. However since be passed to Tom who can't seem to answer his phone and will return 1 out of every 3 calls with basic information and a time window for a trucks arrival. I'm 6 hours into waiting for my truck this weekend. I've now called both numbers for * only to be passed off to voicemail again. The last phone contact I had got heated when the coast 2 coast rep decided to tell me that the phone works both ways and if I need info I should call… I sure do enjoy the customer service from a group telling me how the phone works when they can't be bothered to pick up theirs to hand out info about basic stuff like when a truck will arrive as contracted and maybe a driver number… this company is failing to even answer let alone move my stuff.
Update: * updated me that he couldn't move my stuff till I removed my negative review. I informed him that I would like a full refund and that I would not be taking down my honest review of their complete lack of customer service. Still not sure how all these positive reviews got the same service from the group I dealt with.
