I began working with AMZ and it began alright, but as time went up work was slow, communication was not great. They had me send money through Zelle and was unable to get my refund of $2,500 called to discuss and they wanted me to work with them again for another charge and refusing to provide refund. They explained that I should not use Zelle for payment, that it was difficult to get money refunded and it was a scam, that many other companies claim to be Amazon publishing and are scams; however, initially asked if it was the right company I was calling the response was, yes you called the right place and went into no refund due to paying through Zelle. I do not recommend this company what so ever.
