I placed many orders with this Chinese factory. My first order was fine. Then customs started taking my orders. When I discusses this with Aimey she said I would get 50% credit and pay for shipping. I did that and provided a new address. They failed to use the new address and my box was taken again! Upon my last attempt to receive my order I paid over $500USD. Also gave a new name:address. Again it was taken. The tracking shows it was taken but they called me a liar. Aimey and her husband said untrue very nasty things to me. I wasn't asking for a full refund only partial. They are not wise in how things work in the USA.They are also very lazy and will not call the shipping company to find the status of an order. STAY AWAY FROM JOYCE FACTORY!
