The CEO and some people in the management are okay, but the company still suffers from a toxic and horrible culture. Some of the managers dump unreasonable amounts of workload on the employees, causing tons of stress and leading to burnout in many situations. A few managers are also hostile and very demanding, not to mention verbally abusive.
