Cinnabon was sadly lacking in frosting. I mentioned it to employee who said that is all they are allowed to give and it's not going to look like their advertising. I said I'd send a complaint to corporate which he found amusing and said they will do nothing and just send it back to him so he can do nothing. Very disappointed. I should have left, but they lost a customer.
