The Grailed site guarantees buyer satisfaction if a seller lists an item that does not match what you received. The item I got initially didn't fit so I tried to resolve with seller. As I figured it could be resolved I pack it up then I noticed a visible stain on back leg. The listIng had the stain but it wasn't noted. I sent several pics Grailed asked for and kept coming back to me 3x asking for more pics. Finally I gave up. Buyer satisfaction NOT guaranteed. Beware! These luxury second hands get an F grade. EBay has much better customer satisfaction!
Tip for consumers:
Beware of sellers on Grailed who may have 5 star rating but note how they communicate with prior to buying. The seller was not polite from the start and I should have noted that before making the purchase. When there was a problem when I received the pants she was extremely rude accusing me of being dishonest when I was up front with her from the start. Grailed failed big time when they would not resolve by repeatedly asking for more pics that I sent 3x. I found better customer service with EBay
