Bought a diffuser for $300, bought the scent for $52. Diffuser work once, second time made strange noise, third time nothing. Hasn't worked since.
I've been calling, emailing and texting to NO resolution. The don't answer their phones, they don't call back when put in request and their mailbox is full when you try to respond to their response, which all have the same verbiage, just a different representative name.

DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to be frustrated and angry that they took your hard earned money and provide such bad service!
