I ordered a bag that was advertised as in stock. Right after cc charged, I get a notice that the bag I wanted was out of stock and please make another selection. It took me forever to make the original selection, and I did NOT want a substitute. I told them I would wait and told them that they said it was in stock. Months later, I had heard nothing, so I emailed (which by the way, they have various vague emails and seem to be skirting ahead of the law) and I said please send something similar. They sent the tackiest black LV tote that I absolutely hate. I had ordered a white tote with no logos emblazoned all across. I am totally disappointed and caution everyone: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
