I couldn't pay online via my credit card. It was telling me the expiration date was wrong, which it was not. Then the page reloaded and said sorry for the error and to call customer service. I did just that hoping to pay for my new subscription over the phone only to find out that they can't take payments over the phone because they don't have the right phone system. You're joking right? A massive company that serves New England sports fans cant take payments when I call? What are you even going to help me with. The woman was pushy and unrelenting so I just hung up. I don't need an attitude from a stranger.
