We 3 persons from Bengaluru booked 2 rooms for me and my wife and my friend at hotel ranjitha palace,raichur on sept 7th 2023,these rooms were confirmed and amount duly debited from our credit card.After driving around for 500 kms and reaching late by 11.30 p.m at the hotel we were told by hotel reception that there are no reservations in our name.called agoda customer care,the call went to Malaysia and customer care were totally clueless to solve the problem,we were left to fend the problem ourselves with no rooms available in any other hotel of in such asmall town.God forbid anyone undergoing same stress with family and children and after all that Agoda has audacity to say refund will happen after one month.m.s.balaji, Bengaluru
