While the products are passable and occasionally enjoyable, the company is deceptive with poor customer service. They do not respond, and they increase service changes by hundreds of dollars without any warning.
My partner signed up for this service a year ago, and selected to not renew the service. At that time, the charge was around 300$. They charged us 540$ with no warning, which we are in no financial position to cover.
I am beyond furious at this company and want to warn other consumers.
