I was quite impressed by the collection on their website and had ordered a beautiful saree more than a month ago (order no. *******). It was supposed to get delivered to me on Nov 22nd. Till now, it hasn't reached me. The status says "processing" on the website and contacting the customer service has so far resulted in only generic emails like we will look into the matter and let you know. I am extremely disappointed with their apathy and indifferent service and would not trust to shop with them again. I want my money back.
