I am not sure what to do at this point, because my dad bought me some Verge Girl items in the first week of December and we have still not received them. Customer service just told him that packages are delayed and he should have read that on the website. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and items can be delayed, but being over a month late is not okay. Other companies face the same challenges, yet I still receive their items on time. When I track the items it just says I will receive them on December 10th, but it is now January 18th. I would really like my money back and some help from the customer service department.
