Because of website issue or user error. I did not see a $150 extra fee on top of the transport. Immediately contacted the company and asked for a refund. 3 days later finally someone emailed me and told me to bad. The dog is aggressive and now we can't ship. They will not refund the booking fee even though I stopped and emailed immediately after finding out what happened. Instead of helping a rescue they think it's ok to charge something that wasn't meant to be.
