And here I am another naive who didn't use to read reviews before purchasing on internet but lesson's learnt.
After about 4 weeks fight with company I contacted Trading Standards but have the impression that there is nothing they can do except give me advice. And I would really like to that company to be chased and closed.
Anyway interesting was that lady who was helping me (TS) could not have found the essence store on her web search-very interesting?

Has anybody out there has got their postal address as That was TS advice to contact them via post?
