Infuriatingly poor customer service. More than one representative deflected my questions regarding billing. One raised their voice and kept repeating himself and avoided my question. When I requested the cancellation I was grilled as to why I was doing so. I answered the question fully and the representative kept going -- asking me "why" over again, and again. I was then told that billing would have to call me back later that day or the next but according to my phone and voicemail they didn't, but they claimed they did. Further I was told that my card could not be credited back until two weeks later. It was a totally bizarre experience from the beginning and I should have gone with my gut that they were not completely legit. Additionally, I generally don't have a problem understanding people with accents but theirs were so thick I had a difficult time hearing exactly what they were saying.
