I logged a full coverage claim on August 18th, and still to the time of writing on September 14th I still haven't heard back from the company - despite both providing all necessary documents as well as attempts to contact their service department. The customer service department is non existing. If you email, zero response. If you contact them by phone then you'll just get rerouted through various pre-recorded messages. Completely useless service, book directly with the actual car rental companies to avoid the same situation I've had.

This is by far the best website selling playhouse plans. Thanks to the plans on this site I can now fulfill a little boys dream of a treehouse without worries of danger to his safety.
I give this product an A+ for well designed plans with easy to follow instructions.
