“Awful! Known faults, phones divert to China”

Got an ihoverboard for my son for Christmas - it worked for less than one day! It took IHoverboard weeks to finally admit theres a known motherboard fault and they've been messing me about ever since. First said I'd have to open it and got a new motherboard myself, then said id have to pay another £20 for a replacement unit, now they're offering to refund if I pay to return the faulty model. Avoid at all costs, this company does not uphold UK legislation, I've had to submit a dispute to my credit card company…

Tip for consumers:
Purports to be a UK company with UK contacts but phones divert to China. Selling goods with known faults then messing customers around endlessly - website even offers 30 day money back guarantee but it’s all lies. Worse company I’ve ever come across.
