We ordered email hosting from them "offshore email" and our account never got set up. Private layer almost never replied to any tickets, I had to open 5 tickets and then I would get one answer. Their phone number Puerto rico always goes to voice mail.
Also it is very expensive (1 dollar a minute) to dial puerto rico from India.
The product I ordered is cheap only 10 dollars/month but if this company doesn't care about customers or even set up the product they should just stop doing business.
Their standard excuse always, copy paste:
"Dear Sir,
Please excuse us for the long delay in the response to this ticket.
The ticket had been misplaced in other department."
