Called for warranty service and was referred to website; the website then referred to email. After I advised was filing compliant with US Postmaster and BBB, finally received response. Then went thru one month of "hoop games" (send receipt, original box, etc). Net/net: I returned defective item and never again heard from company -- no exchange, refund, or reply to email inquiries. We spent over $200 with this company! Filed mail fraud claim with US post office and formal complaint with BBB.
