The storage on Esplanade in San Jacinto Ca does not treat their customers well at all. They do not address issues when brought to them. The old managers were awful and allowed the employees to steal from the units. I don't know how the new managers handle things but even with good intentions the corporate higher ups in the company are not at the least bit concerned with what's happening at the facility. Unless it's a dollar sign it doesn't compute. I have read many reviews left by people whom had the same issue as I did. The illegal sale of my unit. I lost everything that ever mattered to me despite attempting to pay the bill. They refused my money and sold my unit to some **** *** whom refused to even leave the pictures instead he dumped them in a field about 10 miles away. I doubt he was even asked to leave anything behind because the people whom were working with the exception of one young man (whom must not have been working that week perhaps I don't know) but the other employees are disgusting people, the management were worse and I still read reviews that say the same kind of things. Also don't bother relying on Birdeye for authentic reviews. It's 5 stars according to them. They will say anything if you sign up and pay them a monthly fee.
