We're do I begin!? I have been looking for a specific pair of shoes for my son and found this site and the reviews on the website and I found a few reviews on YouTube of guys and girls that are sneaker junkies you know they are the ones that help you find the best shoes tell you how they're fake etc. All seemed well and I go on their website and I found a pair of Yeezy pure slides and I paid $210 through PayPal to get them for my son for Christmas. I'm a single mother mind you and $210 for one present is a significant amount for me I have been saving for quite some time now for just those shoes and was pretty happy that I was about to get them. I've always had a pretty good intuition meter if you call it and literally seconds after I place the order something said something is not right so I go and send the seller a message and it basically said I just want to confirm that these will be here before Christmas because your shipping speed said it would be but I just want to confirm and really the only reason why I did that was so I could communicate with this person and get a feel for him because like I said I had a bad feeling. Within those few minutes that I sent that message and clicked out went to PayPal and seen that it had already been taken he had already accepted payment within seconds of this order this is just the beginning guys I'm not an intelligent person so things right then started clicking. I go back to the website KIXIFY because I'm thinking well he must be online because he just accepted the payment so he has to have answered my message. Not at all!
As a matter of fact I go back to this seller's page where there was numerous items not just these Yeezys but numerous items so who knows how many people that they got. And his account was gone no longer with his shoes no longer was his name it was gone and it said this seller cannot be found not that we have disabled this account this seller has not been found guys this was all within a 10 minute period at this time. So I immediately go in where this site says we got your back if something happens you email us and we'll get this fixed quickly we do not tolerate any type of fraudulent behavior or scamming if you receive fake shoes if somebody has defraud you we will work with you to make sure that this doesn't happen again to anyone else and we are going to get your money back quickly go look at their buyer protection. Now at this point I'm still thinking that the website doesn't have anything to do with it that it's just this guy which was from Africa and I didn't know that it doesn't state that in his profile you don't know where these people are at you just see their products you see their username and you think that that a site that is reselling such high amounts of products that there would be some kind of security some kind of paperwork that these sellers have to use in order to even post their products but they don't they'll let me explain. While on flabbergasted that this is happening I send an email to the website because that's the only thing you could do there's not like a button that says fraud alert anything like that you just get to send them an email and wait for them to email you back. So I said a screenshot of my order with the sellers name show them how he was gone he's gone now completely gone wiped his page he's no longer even a seller he stole my little $210 that I work three jobs to provide for my son and I and it's just gone it's not donning on me this site is actually maybe somehow in cahoots with them it doesn't bother me yet let me explain so I send the email I immediately go to PayPal and explain listen this guy's gone I'm opening a dispute I guess I didn't word it correctly And immediately the dispute was denied and and I don't even have a clue why it was denied at this point I just know that it was denied within minutes of me setting it up now this is all within like a 2-hour period this is all happening so I feel that I need to call PayPal and tell him exactly what happened so maybe things might be different with them I know PayPal is a very big company I can imagine that they would let something like this happen so I felt my best bet was to go through them at this point and I did I asked to speak to someone in the United States because that's very hard to get in almost any situation anymore so people can understand what I'm saying and I'm not saying this rudely but if that's person can't understand what I'm saying and I can't understand what they're saying then this isn't going to work. Moving forward so they resubmitted the dispute and it is now under review that they have contacted the seller and that if he hasn't responded by the 26th the day after Christmas that only then will they take my money back from him but I'm quite sure that it's not my money that they'll be getting cuz he's gone and the money is gone too it was accepted boom he took it out it's gone! And to be quite honest with you I don't know what this is going to do for me person writing this review on this site but what it will do is raise awareness of what has happened to me and hopefully I can stop this from happening to another parent or another kid that has saved all summer for a pair of shoes or a college student that has been eating Raymond just to afford this pair of shoes that Nike lets people do this to because that's what it boils down to if Nike didn't allow this to happen we wouldn't have to run around like crazy people looking for shoes that retail for $100 and we middle class Americans are being forced to pay $500.00-$600.00 for $100 pair of sneakers or slides SHOES! EVERYTHING THAT I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW I WILL HAVE SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION! SO I'M WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME FROM THE COMPANY BECAUSE I REPORTED IT AND NOBODY'S CONTACTED ME YET WE'RE GOING ON THREE DAYS AT THIS POINT TWO DAYS AGO AND I FINALLY GET AN EMAIL IN WHICH JONATHAN HIS NAME WILL BE IN THE SCREENSHOT AS WELL! Sorry I'm not screaming but I am not retyping all of this I wasn't aware caps where on. So my dispute with PayPal is in the works the guy is gone but I'm still able to view my order at this time up until three days ago I was able to view my account details like the messages I sent to that seller messages that had sent to other Sellers and my order number but it's gone I log in my account my account is still intact I'm not bring shadow banned you know nothing like that just the order details the messages sent to that seller, other sellers gone and on top of this my order number has completely disappeared it looks really winky right now like the sellers that I did follow because they had really good ranking and pretty decent shoes I would follow him my followers don't have a name don't have anything it's really strange just it's blowing my mind really. But that important information gone just that vital information is gone.
Up until today I had not heard one word from this website and this company at all I had not heard a peep I placed this order of the 14th I immediately reported it on the 14th because it was seconds later guys seconds! I'm not a dumb woman poor yes dumb no! So just now I go to look for an email from this site to get an update from PayPal you know anything. I searched my emails and lo and behold Jonathan has emailed back and at this point to be honest I think oh wow maybe they're going to start fighting for me or something you know so I get kind of excited I open it and it says don't quote me there will be a screenshot down there that you can read it yourself what exactly he said but basically it says yeah we figured out very soon after the order was placed that he was participated this behavior something in those words and we disabled his account. And I know you probably think that I'm being sarcastic with my tone but this is literally how this guy is talking to me he says you need to get on the phone and call PayPal tell them that this guy is a fraud and his account has been disabled and you no longer want the shoes that you don't want to tracking number you don't want the shoes anymore you want a refund that was it. That's all this website has done for me the customer who was just defrauded this is the expectations that you can look forward to if you buy shoes from this company that we can call PayPal and tell him what happened like they're going to believe us like it's not in a better judgment to get them to call and get this sorted out no they're not walking me through it they're doing nothing in fact they're doing just the opposite they hindered my investigation by deleting any information of this seller in our transaction off of their website and if I wouldn't have took a screenshots I would have nothing nothing this is what this customer service has done for me is delete vital information. Why would a company do that you ask I don't know but I think and I'm pretty sure that my guts telling me that I'm right that baby they could be a part of all of this why else would they delete the bad guys why would they delete stuff that could help me not the bad guy help me they didn't disable my account they just delete it all correspondence and order information completely from the website all of it. So as I'm reading this and literally shaking because I'm so angry at this point one because of the website into that I allowed myself to be duped something that I have never done I've never thought that a company that PayPal backs would be involved in this kind of nonsense. So I do partly blame myself that will never happen again but another thing that is bothering me is if they knew about it minutes after I ordered and they supposedly disabled this person's account why would they not contact me the buyer it let me know that I need to contact PayPal why wouldn't a company that is saying that they disabled an account because they knew that they were defrauding me contact me? The only reason why they did contact me is because I contacted them first that's not the same thing at all because I told you he was trying to get me to send in my order number because they didn't have it they were giving me the runaround is what they were doing. If I would have been intelligent enough to take screenshots immediately after placing the order what would I have the company deleted the order they deleted our correspondence they deleted everything but my account I don't have any followers anymore I don't have anything other than an account on that website I was following people I had messages other than the seller why did they delete all of them it's not making sense other than they are somehow in cahoots with these thieves these fraudulent people and only because I caught them is why they are telling me now to contact PayPal he seen the email that I sent him with a screenshots and he says well I guess we can't just delete that.

Honestly I've been really complete shock and all I've never had anything like this happen I have had people try to hack my account I've had money stolen from my account from gas pumps but I have never had a company do something like this not hinder the seller but hinder the customer that was just blatantly robbed on their website they deleted everything that I would need to defend them myself and I would have anything if I wasn't intelligent enough to take my own screenshots I do that with every order I make. So I asked myself why would a company do all these things and then it dawned on me not only did they delete my stuff but if they've known for six days that this guy stole my money that he was a fraud in partaking in illegal activities on their website why wasn't I notified what if I hadn't have known they didn't even notify me they just deleted the order from my account how does one do this I don't even know how to feel right now other than the pure disgust. What do you think happened why do you think that they didn't contact me even though they've known for six days that they have an open order because they've deleted it so they knew about it why wouldn't they have contacted me and told me that they did this why did they told me 6 days ago I needed to call PayPal why the only conclusion I can come up with logically is that these people are in cahoots with these so-called sellers and that's the bottom line no reputable company would ever do anything like that it's illegal and it is downright fishy and I am about to blow their whole website out of the water I'm going to contact anybody and everybody I can to warn and tell my story because it's not right this is not supposed to happen they are not supposed to delete information out of your account for no reason especially and open order is he belatedly says that that's what happened he tells me what they've done he tells me that they've known about it for six days oh yeah yeah we do about him call PayPal they'll fix it. What happened to my knight in shiny armor that was supposed to help me with all of this what happened to these people that promised me that this what had happened what is happening in their Creed of buyer protection it says blatantly we will walk you through the steps of getting your money back in a speedy way you will not be mating long. They knew that he defrauded me because they deleted the order they see on the order that the money was accepted and that one time have they reached out to me with any information about it not one word for four days I had people emailing me back different people here and there we need your order number even though I have literally attached a screenshot this email that's all I was getting and that's literally all I've got from kixify that's it.

Even if I don't get my money back before Christmas I hope this helps some parent or college student or teenager that threw watermelons all summer to try and save money for these special shoes and finds this website with multiple sellers selling it multiple different prices maybe this helps one of you not make the same mistake that I did. If you think this couldn't happen to you trust me it can.

This company has thousands and thousands and thousands of sellers with even more buyers how many times does this happen how many times has this happened to people and it's just oh well they deleted their order they have done everything that they've done to me they don't warn them they don't tell them that they know why because it's more than likely probably then in some way how else did they know about it that quickly only after I place my order of course they figured out that they were defrauding people. Only did did they think just shut the countdown only after I emailed because if they would have known, why didn't they contact me? Why didn't their super save a mom people contact me the second they figured out that this seller was fraudulent in partaking in illegal transactions how why I just can't wrap my head around this other than they are somehow affiliated with these people that are scamming people. Go on Google and do a quick search on reviews on the app there's so many people just like me and after months nothing has happened nothing has has helped them resolve it they're just out of money and there's nothing we can do about it what is there to do? What other plausible explanation does a company have deleting information that could help a customer get their money back what other reason is there for them to do that?
I am personally contacted the lawyer I'm contacting my local news my local newspaper I'm posting all of this on every review site every social media account that I have, everyone's going to know about this site this site was just my first this is just the beginning I am going to get every dollar back and I personally don't know if it's going to be before Christmas and if it's not then my son's not going to get that big present that he asked for I can't afford a bunch of presents that are $200 a piece so he knows he can only pick one expensive thing. I honestly just pray that PayPal after seeing the screenshots that I have sent and what you're about to see will just give me my money back so I can go and try and find him something that he deserves he's a good kid a really good kid and he doesn't deserve this nor do I. Stay as far aways as you possibly can this is the most sus website I have ever dealt with I really can't wrap my head around it but it'll help me sleep better at night knowing that even though I may never see that money again maybe this review will stop you from making that same mistake I pray. This company it's going to wish when I'm done they never let me make an account I'm a bull headed woman and I'm not stopping anytime soon please let your friends know tell anyone you possibly can to not touch this site with somebody else's money.

None I was defrauded by seller and th website is helping the seller. The website had not contacted me for six days and wouldn't have told me had I not have contacted them minutes after placing the order six days ago going on seven. Stay swad please, no better how much you want them shoes no matter how much you think what could possibly happen PayPal will protect me this company will protect me they won't!!!
