I've used this before without much difficulty but tonight the app never seemed to finish processing my credit card. I couldn't find any way to refresh or check wtf was going on. Finally had to call the restaurant and guess what? They did have my order and were preparing it. This does not, however, fill me with confidence in the security of my information. I will never use this app again. I found this site because I had to search for help and I must say I am in total agreement with all the negative reviews.

It might have been a technical glitch you experienced from our website however that didn't mean payment processing didn't finish.
