I promptly reached out to Hammer Support for assistance. Their response instructed me to send the faulty product to their center in Panipat, incurring an additional cost of 150 INR for shipping from my location.
After patiently waiting for about a week, I received a replacement from the Hammer team. However, to my dismay, it was the same defective product I had initially received from JioMart. This entire experience has been disheartening, both in terms of the quality of the product and the unsatisfactory customer service provided by Hammer.
I strongly advise against purchasing Hammer products. Instead, I recommend investing a slightly higher amount, around 200-300 INR, to buy a product from a reputable and established brand that stands by its service commitments. It's evident that Hammer prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, making them an unreliable choice for consumers seeking quality and dependable service.
