I purchased a gift card from Vanilla Gift and when it arrived it was damaged and the card number was rubbed off. I have been trying to contact Vanilla Gift for 3 days and have been put on hold for over an hour each time. Finally I was given and number to call and they took all my information. Then they told me I had to call some other office because they don't handle "replacements" It's the same number I've been calling for 3 days. As I type this, I'm on hold AGAIN with that annoying voice saying to stay on the line. Lousy customer service!
