Waitedvand waited for an order. They lied about shipping date then after losing money taking time off work, to be in on advised delivery time and date, it didn't arrive. I called and they said it had been damaged in transit. Funny how a dogs lead can be damaged but hey ho I now need to try an get out to get one even though I'm currently immobile which was why bought online, but my dog needs urgently walking (by my son). I know the dpd driver and also gave dpd tracking but they still denied lying about shipping date and everything.
