I ordered 50 keyblanks for the most common locksets in America (Kwikset) on 4/5/17 and finally received shipment confirmation a month later on 5/4/17. While tracking my order after a few days it says "out for delivery"; Great!, I'll finally get my much needed key blanks... Well after a few days they never arrive and I check the tracking site to find a " no such address" posting and "returned to sender" post. Evidently the shipment was mislabled as I get shipments almost daily, from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. I contact Keyblankdepot.com to inform them and ask that they rush me out my blanks to the correct address ASAP, because now I'm in desperate need a month and a half after my inital order was placed... NOTHING ( crickets)., I see through the tracking software that my package had been delivered back to Keyblankdepot.com on Saturday 5/13/17 and contact them on Monday 5/15/17 to check on the status of my order in an attempt to expedite things. Well, I got a reply that they'd "check with their shipping department". I contacted them again on 5/16/17 and received no reply nor have I received a shipping confirmation E-mail. It seems that since they have my money they are in no hurry to reprocess my order in spite of the factvthat I informed them twice of my immediate need for these key blanks. Customer service is obviously not one of Keyblankdepot.com's priorities.
