I placed my order more than a week ago and I paid with bitcoin which they collected. I made an account on their site and that's how I can check if there's any changes. Well now it's says it's in progress. But I never once got any email from them which is of concern to me. I hope these people won't rip me off for my money. Let's all hope so they will get on top of their $#*! coz I heard good things about them. I keep my fingers crossed.

We do not send emails. We only communicate through our support system, which is mentioned in many locations of our site. You have to save your ticket ID + email to view your ticket. Which is why you probably thought you received no communication. We reply to tickets everyday, can you please let me know if you received your ID? If not personally email me (the boss) admin@fydmail.com referencing this and I'll get you sorted out. Our shipping times were delayed at the time. We're now back to 1-2 week turnaround.
