I ordered 2 items recently and the item never showed up. I contacted their customer support email and Brandon just pastes generic language to me about how I need to contact the shipping company to follow up. The problem is that their email receipt says its shipping UPS but the tracker link redirects to USPS... and when Brandon told me to follow up, he sent me a FedEx link. Somethings not right here. I cant seem to get any substantive information about my purchase or anyone to help me get my item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
