First off, i am very pleased with the workmanship, quality of material, and overall process of buying the cover.

When we purchased a new outdoor sectional, I knew it would be a challenge to find a cover that fit. The manufacturer offered a cover, but it was both cheap in appearance / feel and expensive. I found Covers and All through a web search when comparing different companies. I selected them after asking for custom quotes from several companies.

C&A got back to me very quickly. I found the experience to be overall very good. There was some initial difficulties because it seems someone on the distant end mis-typed my email address. Going forward, I would suggest using the most simple email address you have.

After that was solved, there was a lot of communication, sharing pictures and mock-ups, and measuring. Some of the measurements are tied directly to others (the diagonal pieces) and that wasn't clear to me as we altered some of the measurements but a very patient customer service rep explained it to me. There a lot of options - grommets, bungees, zippers, tie-downs (as well as placement of them all). Think through them so they will be placed where you need them!

Make sure you are ready to answer your phone a lot. They definitely want to make sure they have everything right. Most of the calls come from an 800 number, and I typically don't answer those!

I am extremely happy with the quality of the cover. I'm happy with the communication. I would definitely buy another cover from them

After asking both my credit card company and the BBB to intervene, RocketIAQ suddenly refunded my money. I received no correspondence, no apology, no information other than the money would be refunded. I need to check with my credit card to make certain that they did it - but I have a good card with great service and they already provisionally credited me the funds.

Appears to be another online scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Like many of the other people who have submitted recent reviews and complaints, I ordered a product -a socket wrench set - In September 2017. On October 10, when I contacted them I got an immediate response from Greg. He promised that the item would be shipped very soon. He stated ( this is copied and paste it from his email):

Thank you for your recent inquiry with RocketIAQ.com, This is Greg just giving you an update. We've cut away at a significant portion of the Backlog, and several of our systems from a server outage are coming back into service. I thank you greatly for your patience in this matter. Our developers had to quite literally rebuild our inventory management and order process integration.

This will help greatly in determining when your order can go out. My last correspondence with fulfillment was this week. I will still be aiming to get this order out as soon as possible. In many cases I've heard from customers claiming they've received their order prior to Tracking update. So, please advise if you have. It is likely to have already shipped.

I have sent three more inquiries, and have heard nothing back. This morning I contacted my credit card company and cancel the transaction.

I wish that I had looked on the Better Business Bureau website for reviews. I did look to see if they were well rated, and saw what others had seen: a series of 4 to 5 star ratings. I did not dig deeper, and wish I had. Most positive ratings on the web are 1-2 word ratings and appear to have been copied repeatedly.

It seems that this is a pattern, and every effort should be made to alert others to this companys business practices.

I ordered 2 Don Joy Ice packs that turned out to be under recall (found out later, after they burst). BB refuses to answer phone or email, refuses to acknowledge that they received the package via FedEx with a valid tracking number, and instead blames me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam business. BBB complaint and Chamber of Commerce Complaint filed

Amanda Scott keeps "promising" to call back, but... No.
