The company that packaged and shipped my wheelchair cushion sent the wrong size so I contacted them. They were very nice and apologetic. They stated that I needed to contact 1800 Wheelchair since I purchased it on-line then they would send me out the correct item. I called 1800Wheelchair and the rep said how do you know did you measure it? I stated that it was the wheelchair manufacture specs and she then responded but did you measure it? Later after a lengthy bombardment excuses she said that they don't give refunds on cushions.( understandable but it was not my error so i am out of 160.00)
