I was very skeptical before I bought my printer (Artisjet 3060U), but the sales rep sent me the phone number of someone else who had one of their printers in the same country (Australia), and after speaking to him I felt sure enough to purchase as he had had a good experience.
Shipping was quick and set up support adequate (there was a bit of mixed messages sometimes between the documentation that came with the printer and what tech support was saying, but it was all up and running within a day).
One issue I did have initially was problems on cold mornings (if the room temperature was under 15 degrees celcius), but once I realised this was the cause of the problems it was easy to resolve with a heater and thermostat!
I use the printer on average 3 - 4 days a week and approx 4 - 6 hours per day since I bought the printer one and a half years ago. It has completely transformed my business. I had previously been using an ink transfer process which was very labor intensive and gave a result that was not so great. This printer has saved many hundreds of hours of tedious work and has increased the quality of my product enormously.
I have had a few minor issues, but tech support is very responsive and has been able to provide instructions to solve every problem.
It is worth noting you do need to perform maintenance (weekly and quarterly in addition to daily checks) and be prepared to replace parts yourself - if you expect it to plug and play like an off the shelf laser printer you will be in for a surprise, but if you are willing to put in the small amount of work that is required you will be repaid with a very high quality product for a very decent price.
