I've been working in the hair industry for 8 years. I've had about 3 hanzo reps and all of them were very nice, but I didn't always hear the best feedback from my co-workers. I've been using the same set of scissors my entire career and I've always felt like they did the job. I never could understand why someone would spend so much on their tools. So I decided to try a pair. WOW! I bought them 2 days later. Seriously do yourself a favor and get a pair of Hanzos.

Doing business with Hanzo couldn't have been smoother. Put 20% down and had my new shears delivered a week later.
