I have a PO BOX. The company shipping department is NEGLIGENT. They shipped my order twice through FedEx as appose to shipping it with USPS.FEDEX NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER.The agents for Shoe dazzel were of no help, they alleged they had no contact with the shipping department. My emails to shoe dazzel/ just fab were NEVER RETURNED.

Does anyone know how long it takes,to reinstate a membership? They updated my new address& phone and payment information. However I don't have spending charge in my account history. That seems weird to me. Each time I call it states the membership has been canceled,it doesn't say pending.
