A friend of mine introduced me to Fabletics and I never regretted signing up for it. The quality and the fit are perfect. I love the styles! I've been recommending this to my friends and they've never been disappointed.
I initially ordered the foot detox then swiped my phone only to find out that I had placed an extra order for something I did not want. I called customer service within 2 hours and they told me that it will take 24 hours to reply back to my request. I asked to cancel my entire order. Its already 4 days after my order and nobody from customer service ever got back to me. So my only option is to call my credit card and refuse the charges.
Don't purchase anything from these guys unless you are really sure because there is no cancel policy in place or there isn't one!
Tip for consumers:
Don't order anything from this cite because if you decide to cancel, you might have to do that with your credit card. There is no customer service so far from their so called 24/7 customer service. Very disappointed and will not recommend this company to any of my friends and familyl.
Products used:
I wanted to cancel and their customer service implied 24/7 support. I don't see that because I've been waiting 4 days for a reply to cancel an order two hours after I placed it. These guys are not good to deal with.
