It is a good alternative for zoom or skype when you need to reach someone by a phone number from your desktop. Lots of usufel features even without the premium pack they offer. I have never experienced any issues with connections when I was making local calls, could get more tricky with international calls.
I've been using it for 5 years now and it is not getting better. Sometimes the site goes down and you cannot find anything, sometimes they just remove torrents that were there just yesterday. I would like to have more considtency!
