I ordered 2 sconces and they came both damaged. After sending immediately pictures to customer service, they asked me to send pictures. I have sent pictures 7 times and my case is handled by 4 different people, that each day say similar things but no resolution. It is about a month now, and after offering 5% discount, then 10% and so on, they are now willing to refund for one sconce and not the other.
Crazy?
PS, If you are in USA, It takes a day to get one answer. I have been emailing back and forth waiting for the next day to get a not resolving answer and then again and again... They play the game of exhaustion. But I refuse to pay for broken goods, that's the principle. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I have for over a month requested refund and they are refusing to give me, now they are asking me to pay shipping to China to return the broken goods. I have already payed shipping for the broken goods they sent me, it makes no sense, to pay more shipping to keep dealing with the worse customer service in my life experience.
ALL I AM SUGGESTING EVERYONE, IS CHECK THE REVIEWS WORLDWIDE. And the 5 stars reviews that suddenly appeared the last couple weeks, are scams too!
