The responses from customer service are completely out of context, so most likely they don't speak english. After one and a half month back and forth, they are asking me to send them back the broken goods that I received to my own expense...
They refuse to give me my money back suggesting to send me 'parts'. I am not an electrician to put wall sconces together.Is that for real?
STAY AWAY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! AT LEAST MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THROUGHOUT THE INTERNET!
I am sure the 5 stars reviews are also fake, or they put their relatives to make good comments. This site is a scam, and the negative reviews exceed because they re real!

Terrible customer service, cheap quality

I ordered 2 sconces and they came both damaged. After sending immediately pictures to customer service, they asked me to send pictures. I have sent pictures 7 times and my case is handled by 4 different people, that each day say similar things but no resolution. It is about a month now, and after offering 5% discount, then 10% and so on, they are now willing to refund for one sconce and not the other.
Crazy?
PS, If you are in USA, It takes a day to get one answer. I have been emailing back and forth waiting for the next day to get a not resolving answer and then again and again... They play the game of exhaustion. But I refuse to pay for broken goods, that's the principle. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have for over a month requested refund and they are refusing to give me, now they are asking me to pay shipping to China to return the broken goods. I have already payed shipping for the broken goods they sent me, it makes no sense, to pay more shipping to keep dealing with the worse customer service in my life experience.
ALL I AM SUGGESTING EVERYONE, IS CHECK THE REVIEWS WORLDWIDE. And the 5 stars reviews that suddenly appeared the last couple weeks, are scams too!

Sorry for the inconvenience, the company have a strict inspection programs to make sure the product in good condition to ship,
But if it damaged before received, it may suffered a violent treatment under shipping. Please understand that we never expect that, but we would still need the photo as proof to show the condition of those damage, so that we can take the further processing.
If the item beyond repair, we would offer the replacement, but if the item can easily fix, we would offer the customer a partial reimbursement for the repair charge, please understand, we would also would do our best effort to satisfied with our customer to offer the product in the order.
