Babo has lured in customers with promises of natural ingredients and American made products, it is all a facade
Dig deeper and you'll find they do not even have customer service
The "About" page on the websites mentions a "Founder" although they have no detailed information much less an actual contact number for any consumer issues that could arise
In November they offered a sale, only when you tried to purchase the discount did not apply
Several emails were sent to Babo, with screenshots showing the promised discount did not work but Babo did not reply, not to one email or to two emails, not after several weeks of waiting --and here's the kicker, if you reach out to the Wholesale address to mention customer service isn't responding, surprise, surprise, wholesale doesn't reply to you either
If Babo can not honor their sales, or respond to their customers, it's easy enough to figure out they are not at all who they claim to be
For baby skin products, customers should expect a lot more transparency, not to mention customer care and honoring their sales promises
It seems Babo has put more money into ad's than products or staff
We have replaced all of our former Babo products with a couple of other lines in the same price range and organic, there are plenty more to choose from
